9th Grade: World Religions

There is no required summer reading for rising 9th graders in History.


10th Grade: US History

You will each choose a book to enjoy from the attached list that explores one of the themes below. As you read your selection, consider how it fits into ONE of the themes and think about the narrative or perspective that it presents about the United States. Upon our return to school, you will be asked to write an essay in which you examine the relationship between your book and the theme that you selected.
