You will research a plant, insect, or animal that is found on the PDS walking trail. Here is what you need to include:
1st: Search the library catalog to see if there is a book about your topic. It must be a book in the LS or MS (J) and not in the upper school.
2nd: You will also use online sources approved by Mrs. Mischner. You may not google your topic.
3rd: You will need a picture. You may have taken a picture with your iPad or you may need to find a picture. If you get a picture from the Internet, you need to do a MLA citation for the picture.
4th: Keep track of your sources as you go!
Once your research is done, you will write about your topic using Pages. Don't forget that you will need a source page!
You will need to include the sources you used on a separate slide.
