Poems are often found in anthologies. If the poem is found in a book by the author, then you use the format below without the editor listed. The entry should be as follows:
Anders, Joan. "The Title of the Poem." The Name of the Collection. Ed. Ken Smith. New York: Penguin, 2000. 33-35. Print
